How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Rulingworkers Septic should have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Rulingworkers Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Rulingworkers Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@rulingworkers.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
You will get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
